The atmosphere created was quiet. Nicely furnished and brand-new units with good working AC as well as nice bathroom, and the staff were lovely. The decor here was contemporary.

I could see street from the window of the queen room. The staff were amicable and took care of me. The venue was set in the very central position very close to many restaurants, eateries around-and-near the main sighseeing points of Hue and many shops...

The rooms were modern and clean, just like the pictures showed. Located in a quiet area, but still close to bars and restaurants. the staff was helpful in arranging tours and transportation to our next destination.
The staff seemed pushy about upselling services, making for an uncomfortable check-in experience. the room felt small and lacked proper ventilation, with issues like water leakage and dust.

This hotel was excellent base for exploring Hue, enjoyed it. The staff was super-friendly from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, well furnished and the decor there was modern. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Song Cung was marvellous.
